Know

Offer, CTA and text hierarchy on a banner; formats 1280×720, 1080×1080, channel cover.
Prompt limits: no celebrity faces, third-party logos or personal data.
Background generation from a description: style, contrast and restrictions in the prompt.
Leaflet structure: headline, 3 benefit blocks, contacts, QR without excess personal data.
Screen vs print layout: margins, readability, contrast.

Deck logic: intro → blocks → conclusion; one slide — one idea.

Write a prompt with the platform, size, offer and CTA — get 3 copy options.
Assemble the layout in Canva or export from the generator; iterate “shorter / higher contrast”.
Check the banner before publishing: facts, brand, anonymization.
Ask AI for the structure and copy for A5/A6; agree on the heading hierarchy.
Lay it out in Canva / PowerPoint / Google Slides; check before printing.
Anonymize contacts and verify facts: date, place, price.
Get a 5–15 slide plan with theses from AI and move it into Canva / Google Slides / PowerPoint.
Fill the slides with your own wording; add speaker notes.
Verify facts and remove unnecessary data from slides.
